UAE SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY
Your Tonic garments should be at your door within 2-3 business days of your order confirmation. Expect no duties or extra charges. Please ensure you have provided all important information including a contact number should there be any questions to your location.  Once your order is ready for delivery our team will call to verify address and perfect time to have your item delivered.  

RETURN & WORRY-FREE EXCHANGE POLICY

All reduced priced items are final sale. Items bought using promotional codes or at a discounted rate are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Special promotional codes or contest winners: Tonic UAE will issue promotional codes or contest winner codes for items for a limited time. Promotion is available online only and will not be accepted at any one of our studio providers. All reduced items are final sale. No returns, no exchanges, no price matching.

All regular priced merchandise – with the exception of headbands – may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the date of delivery. Merchandise must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept in-person returns or exchanges in our studio providers unless the item was purchased there.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Tonic UAE purchase, please return it and we will refund your order.
Here is how:

Email info@tonic-uae.com within 14 days of the delivery date
Include your order number and “RETURN” in the email subject line
We will contact you to collect all pick up information and upon receiving your return, your original payment method will be refunded minus the cost of the shipping fee (25 DHS)


WORRY-FREE EXCHANGES


Tonic is committed to ensuring your pieces fit perfectly. If you want to make an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, we will exchange your garment free of charge.
Here is how:

Email info@tonic-uae.com within 14 days of the delivery date
Include your order number and “EXCHANGE” in the email subject line
Include the prefered size and color of the same item in the email body
We will be in contact with you and have your item collected and your preferred size and color will be sent to you at no extra cost.
Free exchanges pending available stock.
Exchanges for different items to be treated as a return, and then a separate purchase must be made.

DEFECTS
In the rare case your Tonic garment has a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace the items free of charge. Here is what to do:

Email info@tonic-uae.com within 7 days of the delivery date
Include your order number and “DEFECT” in the email subject line
Attach a clear photo of the defect and a clear photo of the Tonic tag
Include whether you would like a refund or exact exchange (pending availability) in the email body
We will contact you and your preferred exchange/refund will be issued or exact exchange will be sent to you at no extra cost.
