No Bake, Delicious Energy Ball Bite Recipes

Looking for a perfect, delicious, sweet snack? You've come to the right place, energy balls have become oh so popular these days you can practically find them in every grocery store. These yummy energy balls are so easy to make at home, save yourself the overpriced package in the grocery store and buy some cheap ingredients, in fact you probably already have the ingredients in your kitchen. This recipe is perfect for a snack in between meals, after a workout, dessert etc!

P.S If you love a cold treat, let the energy balls sit in the freezer instead of sticking the them in the fridge. So yummy. 

 

Peanut Butter Energy Bites

  1. 1 cup dates
  2. 3 tbsp peanut butter
  3. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  4. 2/3 oats
  5. 1/4 cup dairy free dark chocolate

Final Step: Blender and roll in to small balls and let sit in fridge

 

 

Apple Pie Bites

  1. 1 1/2 cups chopped dried apple
  2. 1/4 cup dates
  3. 1/2 tbsp honey
  4. 1 tsp nutmeg
  5. 2 tbsp cinnamon
  6. 1/4 cup toasted pecans

Final Step: Blender and roll in to small balls and let sit in fridge

 

 

Key Lime Coconut Bites

  1. 1/2 cup almonds
  2. 1/2 cup cashews
  3. 1 1/2 cup dates
  4. Zest and juice of 3 keylimes
  5. 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water
  6. Shredded coconut flakes

Final Step: Blender and roll in to small balls and let sit in fridge
