5 Snack Options to Bring Sexy Back

It's never an easy task to find healthy, cheap snacks in Dubai when your out and about and running errands. The easiest way to keep up with your healthy diet is to have healthy food easily assessable to you at all times. It's so easy to break your diet when your hungry, you want to stop for fast food, buy some chips, and over eat. Bringing healthy snacks in your purse will soon be your life saver when it comes to saving your diet and looking great this summer. Here are a few easy snacks to make before you run out of the door in the morning. 

1. Hummus & Cucumber/Carrots/Celery 

Who doesn't love hummus, it's filling, and not to mention so yummy. Replacing bread with vegetables might not sound so great at first, but you'll have tons of energy after this snack, whereas if you were to eat a pile of bread you'd feel tired and sluggish for the rest of the day. You can mix this snack up too, try a new vegetable with your dip. Try bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato etc.  

2. Sliced Apples & Oranges

 

Have a sweet tooth? Apples and oranges will do the trick. This is a great snack to bring on the go, you can cut them up or if you're really in a rush just pop them in your purse. 

3. Make your own Trail Mix

This snack is great because you can mix savory and sweet all in one. Dried cranberries, gogi berries, cacco nibs, coconut slices go great with almounds, peanuts, cashews etc. 

4. Overnight oats

This is a great on the go breakfast if your rushing on the way to work, dropping off the kids at school or if you just want an easy, no hassle breakfast. Overnight oats are simple, they look fancy but you can make them in less than 5 minutes.

Prep time is only 2 minutes!

Mix all together and pour in to a jar for 4 hours or overnight.

  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (heaping) rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 0-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

5.WATER
